Online Orders

Orders placed online are processed and shipped within 48 hours during normal business hours. Our hours of operation are Mon - Thurs 10am - 6pm and Fri - Sat 10am - 5pm. All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking and insurance to ensure the best care of your pieces while in transit. We do our best to stay well stocked and will immediately notify a client should a garment be out of stock.

Payment Methods

Ashby Mae Boutique accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express for online orders only. No order is shipped without payment. Your card will be processed through a secure online payment agent to ensure your safety.

Returns and Exchanges

Ashby Mae Boutique accepts exchanges on full price merchandise within 10 days of purchase date. We do not issue refunds. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received it in. Please email contact@ashbymaeboutique.com to request an exchange authorization. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. All sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

Worn, altered, or washed items cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift items are eligible for exchange only.

For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Ashby Mae Boutique™ is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Once we receive the original item(s), you will receive a credit in the amount you paid (this excludes any shipping costs).
